So once again we are looking for renters for our Basement apartment!! If you know anyone in Logan looking for a place to live please send them our way!! We have never had a problem finding renters but then again we have never had to look in the middle of a semester either!
Most of the windows are above ground and let in a lot of light so it doesn't have the feel of a basement apt. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and a big dining room. it also has a big laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups. 2 blocks away from Smiths Market Place and the bus stop. 7 blocks from campus! Great for students or families. Utilities separate. We do have a couch and a love seat with the apt if interested. We really want to get a young family in there so we lowered to price from $800 to $650 for families. There is also a garden spot in the back yard for a garden this summer!! NS, NP, ND

#2 bedroom is a little smaller than the first but has a bigger closet! I don't have a good picture of bedroom #3 but it is the smallest out of the 3 rooms but it also has a bigger closet than bedroom #1.

Hey did I miss if you said utilities included? If they are not, how much are they usually? We might be interested!
